Oral Positions - Standing 69 Position

Don't even think about trying the standing 69 position unless the supporting partner can squat the same weight as both combined. To get into this position, the supporting partner needs a lot of strength and a little bit of patience... The supporter should lie down and have their partner lie down on top in the standard 69 position. Then the supporting partner stands while paying very close attention to their partner's head and neck.
